It isn't easy getting a job these days, let alone a preferable one. So many people out there are struggling with finding work whether they are new graduates or have been in the workforce for decades. It's funny because it seems like everywhere is hiring, but no one is actually hiring. The same job listings are posted for months with so many people never hearing back or being rejected, it's rough out there.
